Hassan Abdikadir Ali

Hassan Abdikadir is a mentor for social change, a vibrant youth leader, activist and champion of preventing violent extremism in the region. He is currently working with an international NGO Accept International based in Japan, as Country Programs Director in charge of Kenya and Somalia. Hassan Abdikadir has over 20 years experience as a Youth Leader, P/CVE expert, consultant and NGO field staff. He has previously worked with UN DESA as a national coordinator, Youth Peace and Security Project and UN-Habitat program as a consultant, EDC/USAID program, focusing on youth development projects globally. He has skills and expertise on youth assessments, youth mobilization, leadership and democracy building activities and training events that has taken him at the International level as well as engaged in regional, national level activities.
