Prabha Khosla
Prabha Khosla holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and has over 20 years of experience working with communities, local governments, utilities, and urban stakeholders. Her expertise lies in urban sustainability, gender equality, pro-poor planning, governance, water and sanitation, and gender mainstreaming. She has been actively involved in participatory, environmentally-sensitive planning and has developed training materials on urban and gender issues, as well as capacity-building programs for elected officials, municipal staff, and civil society partners. Prabha has collaborated with a wide range of organizations, including local government associations, international NGOs, utilities, and UN-Habitat, among others. She has worked in numerous countries and has published extensively in the form of reports, books, and articles, contributing to discussions on gender equality and urban governance.
