Summary

The training will bring international experts sharing their knowledge and tools for enhancing governance through implementing whole-of-Government approaches, including smart cities, tools for SDG monitoring and evaluation at local level, infrastructure asset management and resilience building, and innovative finance and partnerships.

Objectives

The training aims to provide local and regional governments with practical knowledge and information to support a swift and sustainable recovery from COVID-19 crisis and prepare them to be in a better position to be better prepared to face and respond to future crises and contribute to accelerate the delivery on major global frameworks, including the Paris agreement, the 2030 Agenda, the Sendai Framework, alongside the New Urban Agenda.
