Inclusive cities in times of crisis

Description of the session: The role and responsibilities of municipalities and regions have been striking throughout the recent crises (COVID-19, war in Ukraine). Local and regional governments are always on the forefront, endorsing the responsibility to mitigate and cushion the social impacts of crisis, in particular for the most vulnerable citizens. This session will explore what immediate and long-term support municipalities or regions can bring to vulnerable population in times of crisis.
