Summary

This three-hour training equips city and community leaders and development partners with the insights and tools to define, measure, and communicate the effectiveness of urban resilience interventions. By boosting informed decision-making, it aids strategic project identification and implementation and helps secure funding for effective resilience initiatives.

Objectives

(1) Understand the principles and challenges in measuring urban resilience and impacts of interventions, recognizing effective practices and common pitfalls; (2) Learn about different methodologies and tools for measuring resilience impacts, key indicators, criteria by funders or partners, and how results are tracked and communicated; and (3) Develop skills to apply these tools and methodologies for evaluating the impacts of resilience interventions, and identify improvement areas
