Join this impactful training session to explore actionable strategies and practical tools for enhancing energy efficiency and applying energy performance certificates in new and existing residential buildings. The participants will be trained on:
Planning Energy Efficiency policies in residential buildings between new constructions and retrofitting.
Applying the online Building Energy Performance (BEP) tool to new buildings.
Generating Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) using (BEP) tool.
Objectives
-Get introduced to the fundamentals of EE in the new and existing housing sector and the economics behind
-Understand the roadmap towards energy performance measurement and certification of new construction in the MENA region
-Explore the strategies for accelerating energy efficiency in renovation projects in Europe
-Learn to conduct energy performance calculation and certification using the BEP tool and EPC scheme
-Apply the knowledge gained through case studies and exercises
