School of Architecture, Planning and Policy Development, Institut Teknologi Bandung was established in 2005 as part of the faculty restructuring program of Institut Teknologi Bandung, comprising the two oldest programmes in Indonesia: Architecture and Urban and Regional Planning.

Nowadays, SAPPD ITB offers 12 academic programs from bachelor's to doctoral degrees and remains one of the most highly respected universities in Indonesia.
