Ali Al Kuwari

As the CEO of Msheireb Properties, Ali Al Kuwari leads the management teams for Msheireb Downtown Doha and Zulal Wellness Resort. He played a pivotal role in the development of Msheireb Downtown Doha, initially serving as Chief Officer for the Design and Delivery Directorate. His leadership during the construction phase earned him the role of Acting CEO, overseeing the transition from construction to operations, and later the permanent position of CEO. Under his guidance, Msheireb launched and operated the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Al Wadi Hotel M Gallery, Park Hyatt, and Zulal Wellness Resort. During the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar, he directed key events in Msheireb Downtown Doha, including hosting the official FIFA media center. Prior to that, Al Kuwari held senior management roles at Technip in Paris and Qatar Petroleum. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris Qatar.
