Anuela Ristani

Anuela Ristani is the Deputy Mayor of Tirana, responsible for International Affairs and Sustainable Development. She joined the city administration in 2015 as Chief of Staff and was appointed Deputy Mayor following the 2019 re-elections. During her tenure, she has overseen key initiatives, including the Green City Action Plan, the Tirana Child-Friendly Agenda, and the city's Resilience and Sustainability strategies. Before entering local government, Ristani established the National Youth Service and co-founded the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO), involving six Western Balkan countries. She transitioned to public service after over a decade of experience in multinational corporations and international organizations, where she worked as a Strategic Management and Communications expert.
