Catalina Valentino
Catalina Valentino (MSc) is a globally recognized tech entrepreneur, speaker, and the Group CEO of ELIXR, the world’s first Global Giga-Project. Under its Planet2030 vision, ELIXR develops technologies aligned with the UN SDGs across key sectors such as infrastructure planning, decarbonization, energy, data, education, democracy, and manufacturing to create the world’s first retrofitted Smart Cities. ELIXR has contributed £500m to the UK’s GDP and £1.5Bn in Gross Development Value, with operations expanding across the Middle East and US, and is developing large infrastructure and energy funds. Catalina is a member of the WBAF Smart Cities Board, served as a Special Advisor to the UK Business Council for Sustainable Development, and is a Board Advisor to Una Terra VC (€200M). She is also a published co-author, an investor in Waxelene (Series C), and a multiple award winner. After completing her MSc, she has recently embarked on her first PhD in sustainable engineering.
