Ciara Doyle

Ciara Doyle is a documentary filmmaker, content creator, and co-founder of Going Green Media, which films solutions for the planet that inspire action. With a background in media and journalism, Ciara’s passion for sustainable development, citizen engagement, and bringing nature back to cities has spearheaded her involvement in the development of this year's WUF12 theme: 'Local Actions for Sustainable Cities and Communities'. Her work spotlights the individuals, organisations, and inventions that are pioneering better, more sustainable and regenerative solutions to some of the planet's largest problems, and how these innovations are benefitting individuals, communities, and industries around the world. In using digital and social media as activism to reach millions each month, Going Green’s content shares stories of hope and optimism that encourage the mobilisation of people of all ages around the world. Her work has been featured in Forbes, Travel + Leisure, and Euronews among others.
