Isabelle Putseys

Isabelle has a background in urbanism and architecture and is an urban design expert in health & climate in urbanised environments. She is an expert in interdisciplinary, innovative and complex offers and her key area of expertise lays in Sustainability and Climate responsive projects and Water Urbanism.

She has worked at several levels in the public sector (Eurometropolis, Flemish community as well as municipal levels) and different universities as a research fellow. Currently, Putseys plays a key role in Sweco Group’s cross-border knowledge initative, urban insight. As expert leader for 2021 she’s gathering experts to foster the program of Urban Health & Wellbeing.
