Joy Wachira is a seasoned corporate banker with over 10 years of experience, having worked across several banks in Kenya. She has a strong track record in corporate relationship management, deal structuring, and client account planning, with expertise in commercial real estate, residential development, and affordable housing. Joy excels in deal origination, client coverage, and providing tailored financial solutions that meet sector-specific needs. She holds a BA in Economics (Hons) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) and an MBA from the University of Nairobi. Joy’s deep knowledge of the real estate sector is further demonstrated by her certifications as an IFC-Edge Expert and in Housing Finance for Sub-Saharan Africa (HFSS) from the University of Cape Town.
