Luis Artieda Moncada
Luis Artieda is a specialist in sustainable development and social inclusion with over ten years of experience in public investment management, urban and regional planning, and international cooperation. He holds a Master’s in Urban & Regional Planning from UCLA and has pursued studies in Environmental Management. Luis has led significant international projects such as the “Amsterdam For All” initiative and the "Cities For All Design Sprint" with Google.org. His expertise includes managing partnerships with organizations like GIZ, IDB, the World Bank, and the Ford Foundation, as well as coordinating high-profile events at the UN-Habitat World Urban Forum. As a representative of World Enabled, Luis has contributed to past World Urban Forum editions, including WUF IX, X, and XI, where he championed accessibility and inclusivity. His leadership in building partnerships and managing impactful global initiatives makes him a key advocate for inclusive urban development.
