Luis Noda
Luis Noda is the Vice President of Program Effectiveness at Habitat for Humanity International, where he leads teams focused on monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL); program quality; disaster risk reduction; and global partnerships. With over 30 years of experience in International Relief and Development, Luis began his career in his native Bolivia and has since held operational and executive leadership roles across Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America and the Caribbean. He has extensive experience managing large multidisciplinary programs, including housing, and has worked in areas such as livelihoods and economic development, food security, public health, education, and emergency response.
