Marianne Nazzaro
Marianne Nazzaro is the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Public Housing Investments at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. In this role, she oversees over $4 billion, including the Public Housing Capital Fund, Choice Neighborhoods, Family Self-Sufficiency, Moving to Work, Mixed-Finance, Special Applications Center and more. These programs enable PHAs to develop, operate, and sustain public housing and mixed-income communities and assist families to become self-sufficient. Marianne is a staunch believer that everyone should be able to easily access safe and affordable housing in great communities with the supports they need. Marianne joined HUD after gaining on-the-ground experience working with people who are homeless and families in the child welfare system.
