Papa Sy

Mr. Papa Abdoulaye SY is Global Lead Urban Development at the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB). He is a UK chartered engineer and member of Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM) from the United Kingdom. He has more than 25 years of experience in international development including the IsDB, the Department For International Development (DFID, UK), the UK Water and Construction Industries. Mr. Papa SY has worked also with International Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in Senegal.
