Description of the session: Housing affordability is an issue right across Europe. However, this is most acutely felt in urban areas, where supply has struggled to keep up with demand. At the same time, the need for ambitious urban regeneration programmes is evident in many cities. This session will discuss the links between these two challenges, and explore common solutions.
