Description of the session: Europe is facing an increasing housing affordability crisis. The housing schemes and strategies, which are drivers of sustainability, are divided within the EU (West, East, and South). The panelists will discuss how to overcome the housing crisis, what is the best way forward and how to best support the most impacted. The solutions will need to take into account new changing trends in housing in response to pandemic, climate change, refugee crisis, societal changes and new work models.
