Rebuilding Ukraine: a delicate and urgent matter

Description of the session: It is a delicate topic, to think about reconstruction of Ukraine, while the war is still being fought. But previous wars tell us: you should try to be as prepared as possible. The rebuilding task will be enormous. But also, the geopolitical situation has permanently changed, the sources of energy are outdated, and the local communities prove to be more powerful than anybody could imagine. Ro3kvit, an urban collation for Ukraine, with 50% Ukrainian experts and 50% international experts with experience in Ukraine, will present how to they try to deal with this task and how you can support them.
