From Vision to Delivery: Integrated Urban Development and Engineering Solutions in Action

Advancing sustainable and resilient cities requires stronger links between expertise, planning, and implementation. Yet across regions, translating technical knowledge into actionable projects remains a key challenge, limiting both delivery and investment.

Emerging approaches in integrated planning, digital transformation, and climate-responsive design are helping bridge this gap. At the same time, cross-border collaboration is becoming essential to scale solutions and strengthen urban systems.

This session, led by the Union of Engineers and Architects of the Turkic World, will draw on real-world experiences to explore practical pathways for cooperation. It will highlight joint project development, capacity building, and design collaboration frameworks, with the aim of catalysing partnerships and turning shared ambitions into deliverable outcomes."
