Association for the Development of New Technologies
The exhibition showcases practical technological solutions that support sustainable, safe, and resilient urban development in line with the WUF13 theme “Housing the world: Safe and resilient cities and communities.” It presents innovations developed and promoted by young specialists in IT, nanotechnology, mechatronics, and renewable energy, with a focus on their application in urban infrastructure, housing, and public services.
The exhibit demonstrates how smart technologies, energy-efficient systems, and digital tools can improve housing quality, reduce environmental impact, enhance energy security, and increase urban resilience to climate and demographic pressures. Featured elements include models and prototypes of renewable energy solutions for residential buildings, smart monitoring systems for urban infrastructure, and applied digital technologies that support sustainable city management.
The exhibition emphasizes technology as a practical enabler rather than a theoretical concept, showing how locally developed innovations can be scaled and adapted for broader urban use. By highlighting cooperation between young innovators, educational institutions, and public stakeholders, the exhibition contributes to knowledge sharing, capacity building, and the promotion of innovation-driven urban development in Azerbaijan and beyond.
