Special Communication and Information Security State Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan

In the exhibition it was planned to demonstrate the simulation of examples of possible cyber attacks against Smart and Urban Cities. Demonstration of the best practice will draw on applied cybersecurity simulation experience in a smart-city environment tested in a virtual Baku, Azerbaijan, showing how cyber threats to urban infrastructure are identified, tested, and managed under controlled conditions. These simulations examples will provide concrete insight into how vulnerabilities in digital systems intersect with housing management, mobility services, and critical urban operations during periods of stress and emergency.
