WUF13 updates accommodation policy with full refund option until 1 May

Participants attending the thirteenth session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) can now benefit from updated accommodation booking conditions, with full refunds available for cancellations made before 1 May 2026 through the official booking platform.

The revised policy applies to reservations made via the dedicated WUF13 accommodation platform managed by the host country, offering greater flexibility for participants planning their travel to Baku for the Forum, taking place from 17 to 22 May 2026. 

Accommodation in Baku can be arranged through this centralized platform, which provides a wide range of options from two-star to five-star hotels. Under the updated terms, participants who cancel their reservations before 1 May 2026 will be eligible for a full refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the official accommodation contact provided on the platform. Requests made by phone will not be accepted. 

Participants may also choose to arrange accommodation independently through other providers, according to their preferences and needs.
