Dr. Abdulla Muththalib is the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development of the Republic of Maldives. His current mandate covers national infrastructure, housing, construction, urban development, land, and public works — placing him at the centre of how the country plans, builds and inhabits its space in an era of acute climate pressure.
