Carol Archer
Prof. Carol Archer is Professor of Urban and Regional Planning and Public Policy at the University of Technology, Jamaica, with more than thirty years of international experience in urban planning, housing, public policy, and community development. She has advised governments, UN-Habitat, the Inter-American Development Bank, the World Bank, and regional institutions on urban renewal, local government reform, land use planning, and resilient urban development across the Caribbean and internationally. She currently serves as Director of Graduate Studies and Research at the Faculty of the Built Environment, University of Technology Jamaica.
