Catherine Holt

Catherine, Cathy, Holt is a co-founder of DEI Consultants, a diversity, equity and inclusion training and consulting firm whose mission is to create a more proactive, innovative and humane workplace and world and write a new script for inclusion through the application of diversity and equity. She has been an adjunct professor in Women and Gender Studies where she promotes understanding of difference in service of inclusion. She holds an undergraduate degree from Stanford University and a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University. Cathy has over 30 years of political, policy and advocacy work for gender equality and inclusion. She advocates for women who are the key drivers of sustainable and societal change. Cathy has participated on international panels promoting women as change agents and experts in localizing the implementation of change.
