Chan Heng Chee
Lee Kuan Yew Centre for Innovative Cities | Professor
Chan Heng Chee is a Singaporean academic and diplomat currently serving as a Member of the Presidential Council for Minority Rights, Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew Centre for Innovative Cities in the Singapore University of Technology and Design. She is also a Member of the Yale-NUS Governing Board, and a Council Member of the Asia Society Policy Institute. Heng Chee was formerly Singapore’s Ambassador to the United States and Singapore’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, with concurrent accreditation as High Commissioner to Canada.
