Changsheng Liu 

Liu Changsheng is the President and the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai University, a Professor of Shanghai University, and an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
He has been engaged in basic and applied research in biomaterials, and has developed multiple active bone repair materials, new growth factor preparation and material activation technologies. The self-curing calcium phosphate artificial bone he developed obtained the product registration certificate and has been widely applied in clinic. He has applied for 66 invention patents, including 40 authorized invention patents (4 invention patents authorized in the U.S.) and published more than 260 papers in SCI, including 25 papers in MedSci, a famous journal in the field of biomaterials and four monographs (textbooks) in Chinese and English. He has won many awards and honors, such as the National Natural Science Award second prize, National Scientific and Technological Progress Award (No.1) 2 Prize.
