Emin Huseynov

Emin Huseynov is the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavand districts and serves as Aide to the First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
An economist by profession, he previously served as Deputy Minister of Finance and Vice Rector of ADA University. Earlier in his career, he worked with institutions including the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and the Central Bank of Azerbaijan. He is a member of several national supervisory and economic councils and holds a PhD in Econometrics.
