Eric Huybrechts

Eric Huybrechts is a senior Architect and Urban/Regional Planner, member of Isocarp, ICOMOS in charge of urban partnerships, and officer of the Royal Order of Sahametrey, Kingdom of Cambodia. He represents ICOMOS to Habitat Professional Forum. He represents the Institute Paris Region to the World Urban Campaign of UN-Habitat, ICOMOS, UICN, ICLEI, Metrex, Climate Chance and the global network of Metropolitan and Territorial Planning Agencies. He is the Manager of the International affairs at the Directorate general of the Institute Paris Region (www.institutparisregion.fr). He has developed a large experience in the field of Urban and Regional Planning as expert, team leader, director of projects and technical advisor on large metropolises, regions on over 25 countries.
