Ilkhom Norkulov

Ilkhom Norkulov graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics in 2002 and continued his studies at the University of Glasgow, UK, in 2003. He began his career in the Ministry of Economy in Uzbekistan.

Between 2010 and 2019, he held several senior positions at the Central Bank, including Director of the Monetary Policy Department, Deputy Chairman, and First Deputy Chairman. From 2020 to 2023, he served as First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction of Uzbekistan. In 2023, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance, and currently serves as First Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
