Born in Madrid in 1975.He earned his Law degree from Comillas Pontifical University and has served as a State Lawyer since 2001 and practiced law in Gerona, Toledo and Madrid. In 2007, he was appointed Director General for Historic Heritage of the Community of Madrid.Between 2011 and 2013 he held the position of Secretary of the Government Council of the Community of Madrid.From September 2013 to April 2014,he was the Secretary-General of the Board of SEPI Desarrollo Empresarial.He also took on the role of Director of Legal Advisory. In April 2014, he was appointed Director of the Legal-Institutional Division of the Independent Authority for Spanish Fiscal Responsibility.Following the Municipal and Regional Elections of 2015, he took office as a councillor for the Partido Popular in the Madrid City Council. On April 28, 2017, he was elected Spokesperson for the PP in the Madrid City Council. He was elected Mayor of Madrid in the municipal elections on May 2019 and won re-election 2023
