Khaled Ebrahim
Engineer Khaled Seddik serves as Assistant Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities and Chairman of the Urban Development Fund (UDF), formerly the ISDF. With over 35 years of experience, he leads the UDF in formulating policies and monitoring development plans across national, regional, and local levels.
A Civil Engineering and Military Sciences graduate from the Military Technical College, Khaled specializes in the design and execution of large-scale infrastructure, including housing, administrative buildings, and road networks. His extensive work in informal settlement development highlights his expertise in community engagement, negotiation, and adaptive management. Additionally, he contributes to international workshops, sharing insights and engaging with global best practices in urban development.
