Lars Gronvald

Lars Gronvald, European Commission, is heading the Cities Section in the Directorate General for International Partnerships (DG INTPA). Within in the EU Commission he has served in number of delegations, most recently as Head of Cooperation in the delegation to China, overseeing programmes inter alia on urban development, low carbon development, and employment creation. Prior to this, he has worked as international consultant on issues on municipal services, environmental regulation and financing across a range of countries, as well as an energy economist.
