Lindsay Neeley

Lindsay Neeley leads the Housing Policy team at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) and is responsible for developing housing solutions and providing strategic advice to help house Canadians.

CMHC is a federal Crown Corporation that plays a critical role in promoting stability and affordability in Canada’s housing system. Since joining CMHC in 2015, Lindsay has played a lead role in many flagship initiatives, including Canada’s first National Housing Strategy and Housing Design Catalogue.

Her career and academic background are in public policy, communications, government relations, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Lindsay holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Guelph.

Lindsay volunteers her time as a Board member for Migraine Canada, a charity dedicated to improving the lives of Canadians living with migraine and headache disorders.
