Marina  Muñoz Garcia

Marina Muñoz García is an architect with a master’s degree in public management. She is a public policy, finance, and social impact expert with more than 12 years of experience working at the intersection of affordable housing, urban development, and cities across Latin America and the Caribbean. She currently serves as Regional Manager of the Urban Housing Practitioners Hub (UHPH), where she convenes governments, multilaterals, development banks, the private sector, academia, and civil society to accelerate the transfer of practical knowledge and the scaling of inclusive and resilient housing and urban development solutions.
Her work focuses on enabling policy frameworks, innovative financing instruments, and public–private collaboration models oriented toward measurable results and scale, with particular emphasis on urban regeneration, social rental housing, progressive housing, and climate-resilient upgrading.
