Noraini Roslan

Mdm. Noraini Roslan is the Mayor of Klang Royal City. She is the First Lady Mayor of Klang. Klang has a population of around 1.0 million people and house of the biggest port in Malaysia. Klang is the Royal Town of the State of Selangor. She was the President of the PEMSEA Network of Local Governments (PNLG), whose role is to promote Sustainable Coastal Development Strategies and actions for the Seas of East Asia (SDS-SEA) on pollution reduction, waste management and environmental preservation.<br>She has been mayors for 3 municipalities / city since 2011 namely Kuala Selangor District Council, Hulu Selangor District Council and the Mayor of Subang Jaya City Council. Mayor Noraini Roslan has 25 years diverse experience in urban planning and her determination in sustainable development has bring her to the national & International level as presenter. Her extraordinary achievements in her career have raised her name as the recipient of the Best Local Authority Leadership Award in 2023.
