Ravan Hasanov

Ravan Hasanov is Executive Director of the Baku International Multiculturalism Centre (BIMC).
He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law at Baku State University and later pursued legal studies at the University of Potsdam in Germany. He holds a PhD in penal enforcement law from the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
An author and researcher, he has published works on law, multiculturalism, peace, and tolerance, and serves as founder and editor-in-chief of the International Multiculturalism Journal. Since 2019, he has led BIMC’s work on intercultural dialogue, education, and international cooperation.
