Shekhar Patel

Mr. Shekhar G. Patel is the National President of CREDAI (2025–2027) and the Managing Director & CEO of Ganesh Housing Corporation Limited. With over three decades of experience, he is recognised as one of India’s most respected real estate industry leaders and a prominent voice in the country’s urban development sector. Through CREDAI, he represents more than 13,000 developers across 21 states and 220+ city chapters. Mr. Patel has played a significant role in promoting transparency, ethical governance, sustainability, and professionalisation in Indian real estate. He previously served as President of CREDAI Ahmedabad, Chairman of CREDAI Gujarat, Treasurer, Vice President, and President-Elect of CREDAI National. Under his leadership, Ganesh Housing has delivered over 22 million sq. ft. of residential and commercial developments across Gujarat and continues to contribute to India’s urban and economic growth.
