Press Events

With tens of thousands of participants and hundreds of journalists from around the world, the World Urban Forum offers a high-impact platform for UN-Habitat and its partners to share major announcements, launch new initiatives and publications.

Press events — press conferences and media briefings — connect experts, policymakers and partners with media representatives, providing opportunities to highlight breakthroughs, partnerships and innovations that drive progress toward a more sustainable urban future.

All press events will be streamed live via UN Web TV, with interpretation available in all six official UN languages (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish).
