Sertac Erten

Sertac is an urban planner with almost 25 year-experience in social and economic backgrounds of cities. She leads Arup Turkey Planning and Urban design services. She lectures in several universities in architectural and urban planning departments.

She has worked with several local bodies in Turkey, specifically municipalities. Moving to Arup from her own firm, she got involved in managing and leading large-scale masterplanning and urban design projects and she has become expert in holistic and coordinated provision of urban planning and urban design services.

Sertac has locally leaded the Cankaya Healthy Streets Project, under UK-FCDO Global Future Cities Programme-Turkey.
