Vice-President Czerwińska’s areas of oversight include financing of science, education, innovation and the digital economy, InvestEU (implementation, jointly with Vice-President Mourinho Félix who has overall responsibility for the Multiannual Financial Framework — MFF), implementation of three lines of defence (3LoD), financing operations in Croatia, Hungary, Poland, the Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia and Ukraine), Central Asia, China and Mongolia, relations with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).
